Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are a general starter template provided for convenience. They are not legal advice and must be reviewed and adapted by a qualified professional before use. The governing law and legal entity details are placeholders pending confirmation.

01Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Outsource VA Philippines website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. This is a general starter template and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before use.

02Use of the Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.

03Informational Content

Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or business advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

04Consultation Bookings

Consultations booked through this website are informational conversations. Scheduling or attending a consultation does not create an employment, agency, or contractual relationship, and does not guarantee that a professional will be placed or that any particular outcome will result.

05Our Role and the Working Relationship

We place experienced Filipino professionals as independent contractors with client businesses, and manage the match. The professional is not an employee of the client and is not a payroll liability of the client.

The client directs the work day to day. We handle sourcing, vetting, matching, onboarding, invoicing and ongoing support. The client pays us monthly in advance, and we pay the contractor.

The terms of a specific engagement are set out in the services agreement entered into before that engagement begins.

06Fees and Payment

On acceptance: $500 role activation fee, credited in full against your first monthly invoice. It is not an extra cost. If we cannot put at least two candidates in front of you that you are willing to interview within 14 days, the activation fee is refunded in full.

Before the start date: the first month is payable in advance, after the client has interviewed and chosen their professional.

Monthly thereafter: one month in advance, on the same date each month, by card or ACH auto-debit.

A full-time month is 160 hours and a part-time month is 80 hours. Scoped projects are quoted per outcome, from $1,500, and are payable 50% as a deposit and 50% on handover.

Rates quoted in a proposal are valid for 14 days.

07Ending an Engagement

Either the client or Outsource VA Philippines may end an engagement by giving 30 days' written notice. There is no exit fee.

08What Is Not Included

The monthly rate does not include the following:

Employment, benefits or statutory contributions — the professional is an independent contractor.

Software licences and subscriptions.

Work outside the agreed scope or hours.

Equipment beyond the professional's own workstation and connection.

Any guarantee of a specific business outcome or revenue result.

09Placement and Replacement Support

We aim to match businesses with suitable virtual professionals, but we do not guarantee the availability, placement, performance, or continued engagement of any specific professional.

Replacement support is set out in each client's services agreement. It is not offered as a guarantee through this website.

10No Guaranteed Business Results

We do not guarantee any specific business results, including revenue, leads, sales, growth, or return on investment. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

11Intellectual Property

The website, including its text, design, graphics, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Outsource VA Philippines and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

12Third-Party Services & Links

This website integrates with and may link to third-party services such as scheduling, email, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outsource VA Philippines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. This section requires review and adaptation by a qualified professional.
